HealthWay Appoints Daniel Phalen as New CEO

PULASKI, N.Y., June 25, 2024 (BUSINESS WATCH GLOBAL) - HealthWay has announced that Daniel Phalen will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Phalen, who has been with the company as Chief Operating Officer, has overseen manufacturing, supply chain, and sales operations while leading continuous improvement projects.

Phalen's diverse background includes commercial, operational, and general management experience across public and private equity-owned businesses. He previously served as executive vice president and general manager of multiple business units for Current Lighting and held the position of president at Venture Lighting International, where he led business transformation and revenue growth. His earlier roles included leadership positions at Cooper Lighting, Siemens, and General Electric.
