AKRON, Ohio, January 29, 2025 (BUSINESS WATCH GLOBAL) — Healthcare revenue cycle optimization company ACU-Serve has announced the appointment of Sidney S. Simmons III as Executive Vice President of Sales. Simmons, based in Jacksonville, Florida, will oversee sales operations and expand the company’s presence in the Home Health and Hospice markets.

According to ACU-Serve, Simmons will lead the sales team and drive initiatives aimed at optimizing sales operations and fostering new business opportunities. His role will also focus on strengthening ACU-Serve’s partnerships and expanding its market reach.

Simmons began his career in software development before moving into sales and operations leadership. From 2016 to 2020, he was part of the team responsible for scaling healthcare technology startup Forcura, leading to its private equity acquisition. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales at The Corridor Group, where he contributed to the company's growth and eventual acquisition by WellSky.
